At Core Appraisal Group, we stand by our
appraisal reports and pride ourselves on accuracy and
timeliness.
 Our
Process
We contact the borrower as soon as possible,
so that we can get the process started. We maintain a
high level of communication, so you won't wonder when
you will get your appraisal report. We rely upon up-to-date
technology and data in order to ensure accurate and rapid
appraisal services. Most appraisal reports are delivered
via email within 1-2 business days from the date of inspection.
Our Standards
We are a select group of licensed appraisers
who, having the required appraisal education, base our
process on the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal
Practice (USPAP). We provide quality reports while still
maintaining a rapid turnaround time.
Qualifications
All appraisers are state licensed or certified,
meet continuing education requirements, are covered by
sufficient Errors and Omissions Insurance, and have experience
analyzing property throughout their respective coverage
areas. We have Certified Residential Appraisers on staff,
so we can appraise residential property over $1 million.

With offices in Orange County and San
Diego and appraisers in several states, we are positioned
to accommodate your residential appraisal needs throughout
San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles, Riverside and portions
of San Bernardino County.
